  • Men and equipment operating in vcnty of rwy at all times. Possible incursions may occur. Multiple obst around parking apn.
  • Unlit 6 ft high barriers located right side of 13 appch end at the FAARP Pads, approx 200ft from rwy cntrln.
  • Acft must perform 180 degree turnarounds beyond the thld markings. Turnaround area is 200 x 140ft. Left turns only. Use caution on Rwy 31 turnaround, perimeter road approx 20ft from turnaround pavement.
  • No overflight of area north of Rwy 13/31 and east of fixed wing parking apn.

The airfield is south of Jalalabad-Peshawar highway, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) southwest of Kabul river, 3 miles (5 km) southeast of Jalalabad city, and 65 miles (105 km) east of Kabul.
